Shayne Fili, Our Owner
Shayne Fili is one of Omaha’s most noted female business owners. For over 22 years, she has provided superior services to businesses and individuals. Her experience and dedication to customer experiences have built her companies into the most trusted and productive in the area.
Shayne attended Missouri Auction School in 1999, graduated from the Certified Appraiser’s Guild of America in 2001, and graduated from the Certified Auctioneers Institute in 2003. In 2012 she became a USPAP certified personal property appraiser and holds a real estate broker’s license in Nebraska. Shayne is also a Senior and Specialty Move Manager Member at the National level, fully accredited with Senior Move Management Specialist Credentialing.
Shayne hosts a TV show on KPAO called Beyond The Gavel. This talk show uncovers hidden tools that people can use while navigating through difficult changes in their lives involving moving due to serious illness or accidents. Guests interviewed on the show include estate planning attorneys, home health companies, travelling nurses, and various guests who speak to the “Be Prepared” motto. In 2019, after years of being in the auctioneer business, Shayne realized that most people believe their belongings are valuable, and most times they are. She began to think about those in her area that were downsizing or rightsizing, and after some thought, her goal became clear. She wanted to find value for the assets that people leave behind.
